2014 DEC 2000 GPM Portable UFR Ultra Fines Recovery Plant

Used 2000 GPM capacity Ultra-Fines Recovery (UFR) plant with 45 micron cut-point. Features: ▪︎ Deister horizontal 4’x8’ scalping screen (3/16” openings); ▪︎ Five (5) McLanahan Model HE-910 rubber lined cyclones at 400 GPM each, mild steel shell & overflow pipes; all arrayed on 8” manifold on a hydraulically actuated tower; ▪︎ McLanahan VD12 dewatering screen; ▪︎ Pans underneath both screens direct the underflow to the sump; ▪︎ One (1) 100 HP 8” x 6” rubber lined slurry pump feeding all cyclones; ▪︎ Dual 18” hydraulically deployable conveyors on VFD’s; ▪︎ All steel fabrication is sand blasted, primed with an epoxy primer and painted with an aliphatic urethane paint; ▪︎ Catwalks, toe guards, handrails and ladders comply with MSHA specifications; ▪︎ NEMA4 control panel houses all starters and VFD’s; ▪︎ Plant is raised and leveled on 4 hydraulically actuated 5”x18” run-on style legs; ▪︎ Generator [NOT included] can be mounted directly on unit for hauling and operation; ▪︎ I-Beam chassis with a tandem axle spring suspension complete with air brakes, lights, landing gear, and DOT markings.
